A travers eux, le cinéaste explore les zones insoupçonnées de l'inconscient et interroge la nature, à la fois transgressive et libératrice, du fantasme. La Transgression selon David Cronenberg analyse l'œuvre d'un observateur de la nature humaine qui, par le biais du corps, redéfinit notre propre rapport au monde, à l'esthétique et à la morale.
