Le recueil Un chien andalou auquel nous avons adjoint de nombreux textes, relève assurément au premier chef de l'univers surréaliste, insolent et libertaire, dont Bunuel prouve qu'il fut avant même la rencontre avec Breton et la réalisation des films L'âge d'or et Le chien andalou, un des plus justes interprètes.
