Macha Méril raconte son histoire d'amour passionnée, dont elle n'avait jamais parlé, avec un photographe italien. Un texte fort et émouvant agrémenté de 50 photos superbes et intimes. L'amant napolitain Il est photographe. Elle est une actrice française d'origine russe. Début des années 80. Ils se rencontrent en Italie où elle voudrait réaliser un film. C'est l'amour immédiat. Electrique et fou. Il la photographie à tous moments, lui qui ne couvre habituellement que les guerres, les tremblements de terre et la misère. Impliqués politiquement, ils croient pouvoir changer le monde, lui avec ses photos, elle avec ses livres et ses films. Mais tout les sépare : leurs origines, leurs cultures, leurs ambitions... De cette union puissante et houleuse, il reste les photos, témoignage de l'époque qu'ils ont vécu : les années 80. Et un texte fort et émouvant.
