About the Author:
Élève de l'École normale supérieure, Diane Morel poursuit une réflexion théorique sur le cinéma, en publiant notamment une étude sur La Règle du Jeu de Jean Renoir (Bréal, 2000), et une investigation cinématographique concrète, en écrivant et réalisant ses propres films. Elle a en particulier co-réalisé avec Vanessa Bertran Les Bûchers qu'on ignore, lauréat du prix Kieslowski 2000.
